Break out the noisemakers! Quattro Miami turns nine this year!
It seems like yesterday that Quattro Miami opened on the historic Lincoln Road Mall to replace a souvenir t-shirt shop. A few things have changed in nine years, such as the ultra-modern Apple store opening across the pedestrian walkway, but one thing hasn’t changed at Quattro; our commitment to traditional northern Italian cuisine. In fact, one of our very first reviews compliments us on our traditional Eggplant Parmesan, the Parmigiana Di Melanzane In Forma is considered a classic antipasti dish at Quattro.
National Lasagna Day, which is July 29th, is close to the anniversary of our opening in August. We invited a local food blogger, the Miami Food Pug, to our venue to and asked them if our culinary skills are as sharp as the day we opened. You can see their article here, and once you read the review, it becomes clear that Quattro hasn’t skipped a beat with upholding our traditional Italian ways.
Also! Quattro Miami is excited to be participating in our seventh consecutive Miami Spice! What makes this a special privilege is the fact that not every restaurant that submits to participate is chosen to be a part of Miami Spice. To be considered a restaurant for Miami Spice a restaurant must have a favorable Zagat rating. Then submit a pre-fixed menu that presents value to the customer, and then a Miami Spice deciding member will visit the restaurant anonymously to ensure the restaurant experience is up to Miami Spice’s standards. You can check out our lunch and dinner Miami Spice menu here.
We want to thank all of our guests throughout the past nine years! We look forward to next year when we hit double digits of being established in the heart of Miami Beach.
